We aim to dispatch all orders within the estimated timeframe shown on our website. Normally, orders are shipped within0–7 working daysfrom the date of order confirmation and payment, or as per the delivery date agreed at checkout. Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control.

  1. Domestic Orders:Typically delivered within1–15 working days, or as per the agreed delivery date.
  2. International Orders:Typically delivered within5–20 working days, depending on the courier service and destination country.


1.3 Courier Delays

GROSTOREis not liable for any delays caused by courier companies or postal authorities. Our responsibility is limited to handing over the consignment to the courier or postal service within0–7 working daysfrom the date of order and payment, or as per the agreed delivery date.


1.4 Shipping Address

Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the customer. Delivery confirmation may be sent via the registered mobile number or WhatsApp. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. GROSTORE is not responsible for items delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


1.5 Courier Services

  1. Domestic Orders:Shipped via registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post
  2. International Orders:Shipped via registered international courier companies and/or international speed post

Courier services may vary based on location, availability, and situation to ensure timely delivery.

Delivery charges depend on the courier service and selected product. Charges will be displayed at checkout.


2. Return and Refunds

We ensure high-quality standards for all products. If you receive adamaged or incorrect item, contact us within3 daysof delivery.

Note:As we sell art, craft, stationery, and resin products,cancellation is not allowedunless the product received is damaged or incorrect.


2.2 Refunds & Replacements

Refunds and replacements are provided at the discretion ofGROSTORE.

  1. For damaged or incorrect items, we will provide areplacementwherever possible.
  2. If a replacement cannot be provided, arefund will be processed within 7 working days.
